Michael has 15 years of experience conducting and/or managing sales and use tax compliance audits.  As a former Florida Department of Revenue sale and use tax auditor, Michael knows the process and methodology used by tax auditors.  Michael also has an abundant amount of experience managing audits while at KPMG and HealthSouth Corporation. 

Often times a sales and use tax audit is a perfect opportunity to ensure that any tax over-payments that occurred during the audit period are included in the sales and use tax audit as offsets to any tax liability found by the tax auditor.
